Today, September 12, 2022, was another excellent day at www.vailrv.com. A beautiful view from the top of a toy hauler. I have always wondered, what seems like not so long ago customers used to appreciate and thank me for helping them out. That seemed to fade away in the last several years. I have a new perspective now. I went from saving the day to being the villain. It wasn't the customers that were changing. It was the dealerships that were neglecting them and taking them for granted. All of my customers have been incredible. I want to extend a giant THANK YOU for all who have supported Vail RV . You all have restored my faith That most people are good. I'm gonna do everything I can to be here for you for years to come.
